After reading this, I never really had to think much. Just went into the store today and got Gavin DeGraw's latest album. Then again, when have I ever doubted Mark Kanemura's taste in music?

In my opinion?

It really was as good as Mark said it would be. I am absolutely mesmerized. But again, when has Gavin DeGraw actually disappointed me?

Listening to it, I don't know. His music really speaks to me. I have been repeating it for the past 3 hours now. Yes, it is that good. It really leaves me with no words to describe this album. I am stunned, just utterly stunned.

I can see this album being in my playlist for a long, long time. I absolutely love, love, love it :) His music... catches me off guard. Surprises me everytime. and it definitely surprises me how much I love it. and yes, its my first Gavin DeGraw album.

After listening to it on repeat, it is still as jaw-dropping as the first time, still as incredible as the first time, still amazing and always will be, I just know it :)

Spent the most worthy 45 bucks of my entire life :) I am so glad I got it without any hesitation :) No regrets, I swear.

David Archuleta Showcase :)

I know this is really late but here's an update on David Archuleta's showcase in Malaysia a couple of days back :)

So we got there pretty early, and the line was already craaaaazy long. So us being uncivilised kids, we cut the queue. and fortunately we didn't get caught :)

We got pretty good seats. Right in the center of the amphitheatre :) So yup, a good view :)

So the day consisted of waiting, waiting, waiting, and more waiting... I'm pretty sure we waited for David for about four and a half hours. and the whether was so hot that we were all sweating like crazy!

You know whats even worse than waiting?

We had to watch THREE opening acts. I mean, I wouldn't mind one, but three? And HAHAHAHA LOOK AT WHAT A GOOD PICTURE I GOT OF DANIEL LEE! Honestly, he was the most decent performer out of the three.

And FINALLY, David! :) SO SO ADORABLE!

The reason why he's on the piano in every single picture is because I took videos of the rest of his performances.


Only one, just because. and Angels, because it was my favourite performance :) Go search youtube for the rest :) and one more thing, his piano playing really blew me off my feet. I never realised how well he can play :)

and no, I didn't enjoy the showcase as much as I enjoyed the day he came to school, but I still enjoyed it nonetheless :) HE IS SO ADORABLE. Just like a life-sized teddy bear :)

OH OH. And Liyana & I got interviewed by Astro! :)

After the showcase, my whole body was aching, and I even fell sick, which explains why I'm not in school now. But you know what? For David, everything is worth it :)

GUESS WHO I (and plenty other Sri KDU students) MET TODAY?

Yes, the man (or is it boy?) himself came to Sri KDU today :) :) :)

The anticipation was really killing all of us. Right from the beginning when the competition started I just had this gut feeling that we would win. And look how it turned out ;)

The notice board that Mrs Chan decorated herself :) This, I stole from David's pacmee :)

Really, waiting for him was the worst part. Throughout the whole day not a single soul could concentrate during class :) Just made banners and decorated the class so it would look more... "Archuleta". HEHEHE :)

Like as if that wasn't bad enough, we had to sit in the school hall, listening to JJ and Ean say that we didn't win the competition and David wasn't coming. Convincing, but not convincing enough :)


Seriously? If David wasn't coming, what were the police and ambulance for? Why did Dato Teo come all the way to Sri KDU? Why were there so many visitors today? And why did Mrs Chan buy new spotlights especially for David Archuleta? HEHEHE GOTCHA!

and when David came out, seriously I was screaming so much that I bet the people beside me almost went deaf :) AND HE'S SO ADORABLE! SO MUCH MORE ADORABLE IF YOU SEE HIM IN PERSON TOO! :D SO CUTE SO CUTE SO CUTEEEEE :)

I think his visit lasted about half an hour, but he managed to do a mini interview and sing two songs :) & also I had a headache from all the screaming girls (I was one of them hehehe) but it was so worth it :)

HEHEHEHEHEHE :) I couldn't stop smiling like an idiot the whole time! SO SO ADORABLEEEEEE :)

Feeling uninspired is so tiring, you know? Its like nothing interests me anymore. Life is dull and monotonous. It lacks excitement. Like nothing matters anymore.

So inspire me.

On a different note, I hate this time of the month, if you know what I mean. I was forced to leave school early today because it was hurting so much the pain was literally killing me.

Came home, took a short nap, and drank two cups of steaming hot coffee and felt much better :) Trust me, coffee works wonders.

Am probably going to take a hiatus. Seeing how Class Test 2 is merely a week away. I'll be back when I find inspiration.
